Pros

Flexible Hours, Option to WFH as needed

Cons

Unfortunately, it's been an incredibly toxic experience working for E&E. Firstly, the management sets expectations that are completely unattainable. They pile on work without providing adequate resources or training, leaving employees feeling overwhelmed and unsupported. It's frustrating to see how little regard they have for our professional development. To make matters worse, the company has been continuously laying off team members, which has resulted in the remaining employees shouldering an unbearable workload. It feels like we're constantly drowning in tasks, with no relief in sight. Additionally, there's a glaring lack of diversity within the company. It's disheartening to see such a homogeneous work environment, and it's clear that the company has a long way to go in terms of promoting inclusivity and diversity. Furthermore, there's a severe lack of incentives and bonuses, despite the demanding workload. The company fails to recognize and reward hard work, which further demotivates employees. Moreover, there's no real plan for professional growth. Opportunities for advancement are scarce, and employees are left feeling stagnant in their careers. On top of all this, management has no boundaries, blurring the line between work and personal time. This lack of respect for employees' time and boundaries only adds to the toxic work environment. Overall, I would caution anyone considering a position at E&E. The toxic work culture, unrealistic expectations, lack of diversity, absence of incentives and bonuses, and the disregard for professional growth make it a challenging place to thrive professionally.
