Pros

E2 is composed of multi-disciplinary teams that focus on client work. The outlook for the company is good and I think there is growth potential for engaged individuals with the right skill sets.

Cons

You might not get a lot of exposure to other work outside of your client or team and health benefits could be a little better but they are not bad considering they have a workforce across the whole country and the health insurance market is crazy.
