Good safety focus but repetitive daily tasks

Pros

Ease of transition to working on a construction site. Safety is a Tip Top Priority for all employees. Experience working with fiber optics and seeing other professions work conditions. Lunch was provided on site.

Cons

Same work every day. Sometimes issues getting parked and check in for work on time.

Absolutely zero training, inappropriate leadership and expectations, no transparency, misleading information is constant, schedule is highly inconsistent, no work life balance whatsoever. 10/10 do not recommend
