The most employee friendly company I've worked for. Depending on your level of experience, you can advance possibly.

Cons

It appears that in order to advance and get pay increases, you have to be part of a "click" or be friendly with management which leaves some good techs being overlooked.

Pros

The communication from the top point of contact, going down the line seems to be coordinated very well. There is no confusion from what I’ve heard in the office translated to what I hear and see on the job site.

Cons

Whenever I am assigned to work in a specific part of the building that is without A/C during the summer months. But there are ways around that, staying hydrated and maintaining a healthy intake of electrolytes.
