      I believe that since the company is still emerging and there are not many employees, it is a good platform to start your career with. It is still in it's growth phase so it's a good organization to be associated with as the growth will be comparatively faster.

      Cons

      The management of the company is really bas. The top management want to be in control of everything. They want to be involved in all the stuff. There is no flexibility in the organization. Timings are very strict.
