hire and fire policy is the norm at e2enetworks. they will fire you for no good reason. no work/life balance. management has no vision and will shout at you for nothing. unprofessional atmosphere and CEO has nothing to do with anything now. stay away from this company if you really want to do something good with your career.

It's a fast growing company in India to work with. A great working environment, free to sit anywhere. Company pay salary on time (before 5) +pf+medical, this is the plus point. Get a chance to learn more.

Cons

Lack of fun activities in the office and no outdoor trip plan with the team. Yes about "Hire & Fire" you will definitely get fired if you can't perform. Just do your best and company will never fire you.
