      Flat organization no senior junior consept. You will be handling multiple client with different architecture and infrastructure. The exposure is worth than the salary what you would be getting here.

      Cons

      No extra allowances. You are responsible for all the tasks from monitoring till L3 trouble shooting. No periodic appraisal process.
