      Pros

      Good work/life balance. Team has some really inspired members. Very helpful team. Growth focused culture. Approachable management and team members.

      Cons

      Typical growth pangs of a growing company. Most of this is minor solvable stuff. Transitioning to a a more corporate style company from being a startup.

      Good growth opportunities. Faster salary hikes, sometimes twice a year. Talented co-workers. Product centric thought process. One of the only Indian cloud computing player which has built its own IAAS platform. .

      Cons

      Work life balance for older employees is bad because newer in-experienced employees can't handle the hot issues.

      Can learn technical things and nothing except few talented employees.

      Cons

      They treated their employees as machines and expects to work more than 10 hrs. They never listen to employee words. Racism and isolating individuals is pretty common at E2E CTO is the person will stick to what he thinks is right but the reality is he is an empty vessel, he doesn't know how to treat the employees. Hire and fire is a regular E2E policy The CEO is non-existent when it comes to the internal matter Stupid processes Highly unprofessional atmosphere
