The team is incredibly supportive and collaborative, making it a pleasure to work with everyone. I truly value the strong learning culture here, which encourages growth and continuous improvement.

If you enjoy being micro-managed and treated like every minute of your day is company property, this is the perfect place for you. Breaks are rationed to the minute, mingling with colleagues is frowned upon as not being interested in the job you are hired for, and success rarely earns you so much as a pat on the back — let alone lunch or support from management. Holidays are so scarce that people dont hesitate to take leave without pay, because it’s practically the norm.
