      Hectic work with shift timing. No proper management system. Hire and fire policy.

      Pros

      Salary will be credited before 5th. That's the only pros I can remember.

      Cons

      1. Hire and fire 2. No proper management 3. No proper hike 4. COO will blast you in front of everyone. They won't explain the reason for firing you. Whenever they want they can fire. That's the worst part of working with this org.

      Good work/life balance. Team has some really inspired members. Very helpful team. Growth focused culture. Approachable management and team members.

      Cons

      Typical growth pangs of a growing company. Most of this is minor solvable stuff. Transitioning to a a more corporate style company from being a startup.

      Good growth opportunities. Faster salary hikes, sometimes twice a year. Talented co-workers. Product centric thought process. One of the only Indian cloud computing player which has built its own IAAS platform. .

      Cons

      Work life balance for older employees is bad because newer in-experienced employees can't handle the hot issues.
