Bonus- after recent policy change that is also useless since u won't earn any I rated 2 star just because I am working here still
Cons
No work life balance No work from home expenses are paid to employees during this pandemic Management is not all employee friendly. No growth for employees, you will become stagnant. Only Manager and higher management gets promoted every year. No skill upgrade policies are there for employees. No promotion will be given for like 3 years service even though you get good rating in every quarter. So choose this company only if you like to work as slaves
