1. Flexible office timing 2 . Can do work from home once or twice in a week 3. Provide lunch 4. Good support from the project team

Cons

Some people in the project doing micro-management which is the worst part of this company not in all the projects such people present but couple of project micro-management people present. This is the only cons that I feel in this company.

If you're looking for work life balance, E2open is really great option. They've unlimited leave policy. You can take any amount of leaves with valid reasons. Mental stress is also a valid reason.

Cons

Some teams doesn't offer technical advancement. Mainly if you're into UI developement, you've to use company libraries to develop UI. You won't be able to learn much. Salary brackets can be higher, as there is huge inflation post covid.
