Great team, but forced jab mandate

Business Outlook

Pros

I loved the finance team I worked with. They are some of the best in the market. WFH.

Cons

The company does a lot of federal contracts and mandated the jab. They had nearly zero communication about exemptions or accommodations. They waited until it was almost necessary to get the jab until they mentioned the exemption process. Then the questions they asked about religious and medical exemptions were extremely intrusive. The medical exemptions questions violated HIPPA and ADA.
