Pros
The coworkers were nice. The office was professional. Good for entry level positions.
Cons
EA was a good starter job, but that's about it. The pay isn't competitive at all, the leave is all in one bucket (so if you're sick, you're using your vacation time to take off), and they expect unpaid overtime. The summers can be very busy and they expect you to put work first, not having much regard for personal lives. In contrast, the winter is very slow and the environment becomes hostile when everyone is going after the little bit of work that's there. Project managers play favorites and put the same people on jobs over and over again while others sit back at the office with nothing to do. You get in trouble if you don't have billable time on your time sheet, but managers don't help give you work and instead tell you to go ask around for some from other people. If you ever say no to a project manager to going away for a project, that manager will black list you and not use you for any future work.
