Pros

As a small company it makes it easy to connect with employees across all the offices. Management really cares about you as an employee. A relaxed atmosphere while also keeping a good task management.

Cons

Depending on the projects work can slow way down.

Pros

The firm's core purpose, vision, ideology, and values are honorable and easy to get behind. The CEO is smart, visionary, motivational, and genuinely cares about the company and its employees. Everyone is fully committed to client service and the firm typically internalizes its clients problems as its own...creating more effective solutions. You'll work with very smart, motivated individuals that want to do good work while creating benefits that stretch beyond the company and its clients. The firm is generally entrepreneurial, and self-starters that work hard will find opportunities to meet their goals for career progression. The firm's commitment to collaboration and respect for each other resonates and is demonstrated by most of its leadership. The firm addresses risk well and has controls in place to ensure business risk is managed appropriately.

Cons

There is quite a bit of inertia from some towards maintaining certain archaic administrative processes that could be easily eliminated and/or streamlined to achieve their purpose much more efficiently. Often, behaviors or decisions that detract from the firm's core values are not addressed causing execution of its vision and strategies to be more aspirational than achievable. Conflict avoidance at the management level has become much more frequent than direct conflict resolution.
