      Pros

      EAB has an amazing culture and hires very smart people. You're surrounded by brilliant minds and hard workers, all willing to lend a helping hand when necessary. Great benefits keep staff here long term, including generous PTO (25+ days), volunteer programs, and more!

      Salary is lower than desired, but as a single person it is fine.

      Pros

      The company’s focus on employee engagement and work life balance is real. Enough PTOs and on top of that we get extra days off every so often. EAB has worked hard to make the culture great. Promotions happen often.
