Pros

-Very smart, inspiring colleagues. Most people genuinely care about EAB's mission and our clients in higher ed -Good benefits, many PTO days and healthylife

Cons

-Terrible, terrible middle management. While I don't doubt that there are hard-working members in the C-Suite, that doesn't help when your immediate manager is incompetent. Who is keeping them accountable? Many director/senior director level staff are unqualified for their positions, and it seems many have gotten there due to favoritism. I had several different managers- across the board I felt like they were pretty useless, and I was confident they could not do my job -Does not feel merit-based or expertise is valued. Analyst-level staff get little reward for their work, often leading to burnout and staff turnover. Some of the brightest minds leave EAB, and their managers often don't seem to care -Still feels like a firm who can do presentations and meetings well, struggling to transition into technology and solutions consulting phase -Gender and racial diversity is lacking and apparent
