      Pros

      Very smart colleagues. Balance between content/product development and revenue culture. Many roles offer access to senior executives and expert practitioners in higher ed and K12, great for network-building

      Highly matrixed organizational structure can lead to unproductive volumes of coordination check-up meetings.

      Benefits are great, Work Life balance for other positions (not this position) is stellar

      Cons

      Business Analysts and tech impl is all about delivering project on time, with no concept of quality or support for clients. Will push to make sure they are delivering time-to-value, with no context or understanding of client needs. It's always about 'checking the box,' and when that box isn't checked, people are let go. It's caused a lot of turnover in that side of the business as a result.

      Pay is way below market rate. Little room for advancement. Very little respect for people doing the actual work.
