Pros

EAB is full of very smart people who are driven to do good things for the Higher Education landscape. The products are solid and they have a lot of market share, so the name is highly recognized. The company also grows a lot through acquisiton, which is absolutely huge for their revenue. Executives are incredibly intelligent and involved in the sales process.

Cons

The Market Share is so large that a lot of organizations think of EAB as a conglomerate. The market for a lot of their products is also growing more, so saturation is a challenge.

Pros

EAB offers a lot of opportunity for skill development and encourages interdepartmental growth. They also provide great benefits and seek to support a work/life balance through hybrid/remote work.

Cons

However, many employees have found (including myself) that they are not properly compensated for their work and are often stuck in corporate salary ranges that don't allow much flexibility for increase.
