Pros

EAH offers a competitive salary, great benefits, and dedicated leadership. This is my first time working for a non-profit, so it took some adjustment to my mindset. Great leadership with new CEO, Laura Hall. As the company grows, so does forward-thinking processes, which helps stay competitive within the industry.

Cons

Very busy work environment, but if you are dedicated to doing a good job, you will fit right in.

Pros

There's a crisis in the high cost of housing in many parts of our country, and EAH has been leading the fight to provide quality affordable housing for 50 years. The company develops, builds, and successfully manages several affordable housing communities in CA & HI. This is a major PRO, because in my opinion, being apart of a nonprofit like this that has such history, and future expansion, provides piece of mind that you're apart of the good fight. Your work at this company has value. You won't get that from many other companies. Also, professional development is the standard at EAH. This company recognizes competence at the workplace, so when you get your foot in the door and show an ability to perform well & apply critical thinking skills, you will be recognized and rewarded. EAH offers great medical, dental, vision, life insurance benefits and will even match dollar for dollar contributions to your retirement plan up to 4%. Truly a great place to apply your skills!

Cons

We're growing, so you gotta roll with the punches and have a strong back (figuratively speaking of course).
