Pros

Forward-thinking company with great mission. Tons of training, as much as anyone needs. You are provided with all the tools to succeed, all you have to do is ask. Great benefits medical, dental, vision, life insurance. The company goes all out for employee events. Finally, the people is one of the main things that makes this company so special, everyone is friendly, approachable and supportive.

Cons

No cons. Company is growing and growing fast, have an open mind and be open to changes.

Pros

Our company offers the best training, support, encourages growth while challenging each and every employee to perform their very best. The benefits are amazing, and still one of the few companies in the United States that offers an Employee Assistance Program (Claremont EAP) for their employees; because EAH Housing cares. New Development & New Opportunities..A Roof is just the beginning!

Cons

There is nothing negative I have to share.
