Pros

After 5 years with EAH, I am still very satisfied. The company is forward- thinking and growing faster than you can blink. But, with everything going on you can always find support, conraudery and sincere people wherever you turn.

Cons

If you don't like being busy, this is not for you.

co workers supportive,benefits decent,and property was great

Cons

5 different supervisors in 2 years, low salary,paltry raise, job duties expectations are not realistic.Corporate is very clique,they will let you know if you do not "fit" in.

Nice culture, nice people throughout the agency. Nice benefits.

Cons

Low salary, microscopic raises and WAY too much workload with limited supports. High turnover in certain positions. Very undermanned on-call procedures.
