Pros

This organization stands by their mission and selects leaders that genuinely care about their employees. They think about how their words and actions effect people. Executive Management is visible, inventive and progressive. Employees are asked for their feedback and it is taken into consideration when developing new training or improving existing courses...yes, we have university style training courses available to all news hires and on going training for all. The culture at EAH is outstanding...the team is diverse, smart, hard working and welcoming. Benefits are great, opportunity for growth is a reality and a healthy work/life balance is encouraged.

Cons

No company is perfect, but this one has achieved excellence.

Pros

Co-workers and residents and helping those in need of housing.

Cons

All expectation and no reward. You’re held accountable for everyone else’s mess-ups and the company’s past failures. If you work hard and do a good job you can expect to have a lot more piled on. It’s a grinding machine where you are used up until you’re expended and then replaced.
