      Pros

      EAI Technologies is a very tightly knit group of highly skilled professionals working to make excellent products for our clients. It's a small company with a big impact. The community here is excellent and everyone listens to your opinion, regardless of how long you've been at the company. There are people here who have worked at this company for 15 years. The work itself is very fast paced and challenging. If you like solving puzzles and working on interesting projects, EAI is the way to go! They have a very good environment with flexible hours too! Plus, you get free lunches every day! :)

      Cons

      There is incredible room for personal growth, however, there is no concept of growth within the company because of it's flat structure.

      Pros

      Good, talented, friendly and happy people to work with; Great leadership of CEO; Great mentorship from senior developers and architects; Free food and drinks at all times; Flexible hours Good location for young professionals; Helps with H1b, Green Card processing for qualified non resident aliens.

      Cons

      No place is perfect, and EAI Technologies is no exception. There are not much options for recreational activities inside the office. Office building has no gym. There are, however, gyms for paid members nearby the office location.

      EAI is a very nice place to work. It has a very flexible working environment, job security, perks like Free lunch, NO travel and a fun place to work along with other smart Engineers. Very good place for beginners.

      Small company and has a flat structure.
