      Pros

      Culture was great, everyone very friendly, and lots of fun activities in the office.

      Cons

      Leadership lacked transparency, communication, and documented expectations for this position to succeed. With so many stakeholders located in different states, made it very hard to team build, foster impactful relationships, or feel as though this position was part of the rest of EBM.

      Great company culture and the people are amazing to work with! Everyone has a very strong background in their respective field and the culture greatly encourages collaboration and learning. Awesome place to grow your career.

      Schedule and hours vary outside of the traditional 9-5.

      Pros

      -Great company culture. Work hard play hard. -No shortage of challenging work -Not only is there opportunity to integrate new technologies, it is encouraged to bring new ideas and think forward -Very collaborative work environment across all teams, not just IT -Managers prioritize both technical and professional growth -As a smaller company, you get to see your work, feedback and ideas come to fruition and see your personal impact.

      Cons

      -Part of what comes with a smaller company in its growth phase is that sometimes the work life balance scale can tip a bit more towards the work side. --I would add to this, however, that it never goes unnoticed nor unappreciated.
