Very unprofessional. Management style: welcomes and creates gossip, finger pointing, favoritism and pitting employees against each other instead of managing situations. Lots of junk-food parties run by a few clerks who are busy most of the time with badmouthing and spreading endless gossip and doling out food to those they deem worthy! No support from HR, they won't believe you because they are friends with these people. Old staff creates problems for new employees by badmouthing them to managers who believe them because they have them fooled. Smart and intelligent people are treated like second class citizens and they will constantly complain to managers either about your attitude or work until they get you in trouble and then fired.

The leadership is lacking. Directors of the company are under qualified and all the V.P. and President does is dictate what should be done without any vision.
