Cons

If you like to be treated like a dog and receive zero respect, then this is the place for you. The top leadership believes in leading by fear and intimidation. Extremely micro managed. You may be skilled and experienced, but they do not care.

I have no pros for this company.

I have never been hired and left so quickly before in my entire career. They have absolutely no diversity, they do not even celebrate Juneteenth, nothing but favoritism, the way they handle the processing and uploading of leases is the worst I have ever seen, Open 7 days a week as well as long days from 9-6, no work life balance, with ATL traffic you are not getting home to your family until around 7/8ish. Properties are not maintained well. They pay is not competitive enough, I was offered a significant amount more at my new job. Pay more for getting apts leased and renewed for commission. I do not recommend and will never work for this company again.
