Pros

A great and diverse company to work for that are always trying to put their employees first. They send anonymous satisfaction surveys regularly and implement a majority of the things that employees suggest, from new technology to policy and procedure changes. I feel that they really listen.

Cons

Accounting department could be more responsive to onsite folks and there could be better opportunities for advancement.
