      Pros

      Corporate definitely knows what they are doing! They have good leadership way high up but miss the mark with the middle man.

      Cons

      Micromanage so much. You can't do anything without someone looking over your shoulder. I was taught certain things to never do...but if you worked on a "favorite" property then these rules didn't apply to you. Always had to watch your leases in the computer otherwise other agents would change it to their name so they could get the bonus from it.

      Pros

      All good people, loved working with all the Corporate employee's. More than willing to train, and take that extra step to help you. Lot's of backing, and lots of you can do it. Just a great company.

      Cons

      Some times there are just too much with Regionals but that is due to being pushed by the Corporate. Budgets are slim most of the time. Lots of Micro Management if you can handle that all good.

      Pros

      The company offer yearly sales training that can help leasing agents to be more successful. Those training sessions are very important to help meeting monthly sales requierement.

      Cons

      The company uses a micro- management approach accross the board. Property managers can take any initiative or decision on their own.
