Autocratic and secretive CEO. Does not communicate with the "worker bees." Elitist mentality among senior execs.

Underlying product - postgres - is great.

Cons

Unfortunately the office has been reduced to a call center with reps sitting on each others lap and told to basically robodial customers. It's no wonder the average employee tenure is dropping by the day. It's almost like management are deliberately trying to build a jigsaw with the wrong pieces.
