      EDB has best technical talent for Postgres.

      Management is changing strategy too often and pivots to a new story, so not cohesive.

      Pros

      Coworkers. Occasional travel. 9-5. Really good snacks. Seems like they may be trying to improve the non existent culture.

      Cons

      Low pay in comparison to other Boston sales jobs. Management is all over the place. Policies and procedures are nonexistent. Not many sales managers are invested in the success of reps. If you arent part of the inner circle you can forget advancing.
