      Pros

      The company is going to get bigger and bigger. We're giving people ownership, and they're doing their jobs with responsibility and integrity.

      Cons

      Currently, the company continues to rise, and is adapting to the subscription market. The environment of the IT market is changing to a multi-cloud market, and customers are experiencing limitations in using CSP companies' products. EDB is responding to the market environment and is increasing its brand and awareness in the market with the high technology of DBMS.

      The CEO's new vision is very good and hopeful, Especially the leader of the APJ has a very good leadership, so EDB has a good environment to work in.
