Good Solutions for PostgreSQL but PostgreSQL on its own is getting better ands better plus competition from Big 3 cloud providers

Cons

Management and sales turn over is high, they average 1 vp every 1.5 years and direct managers of com or ent sales average about 1 year

New leadership and new, exciting opportunities for the company means endless ways to make an impact on the direction of the org. The newly appointed CEO is the real deal - super sharp vision, thoughtful and very intentional direction for product and larger company. Impressive new energy to executive leadership across marketing and product are guiding the team towards new growth to set up EDB's future success. Great time to contribute to a notable vision that will set EDB apart. Wellness Fridays are a huge win, too!

Big goals for the company means moving fast and staying flexible, which may not be for everyone - though for most, it's an energetic environment to thrive and make real, tangible impact.

Pros

EDB brings mass to the open-source database world around Postgres. The cloud offering is getting better and they understand top tier workload needs to be an alternative to other databases. Maintaining 'Wellness Fridays' once a month and the company shuts down!
