      Opportunity to work with industry-leading experts in the open-source space. The company is growing rapidly, offering plenty of room for career advancement and technical skill-building. Truly embraces a remote-work mindset with a diverse, global team. Leadership generally respects personal time, and the "Postgres Pulse" culture keeps things engaging.

      Cons

      Working across many time zones can make scheduling meetings a challenge. Sometimes it feels like there is a heavy reliance on legacy systems that need modernizing. Rapid growth can lead to shifting priorities and occasional "growing pains" in internal processes. Communication between departments could be more streamlined.
