The work-life balance is amazing (Wellness Fridays!!) and the executive leadership team is very diverse and communicative.

Supportive Team: My colleagues are incredibly knowledgeable and always willing to help. There’s a strong sense of collaboration and camaraderie. Work-Life Balance: The company values work-life balance, offering remote work options and a wellness Friday a month. This has been crucial for maintaining personal commitments alongside professional responsibilities.

Cons

Communication Gaps: Sometimes, communication between departments can be a bit lacking, leading to misunderstandings or delays in project timelines. Training Opportunities: There isn't a lot of access to training resources and opportunities.
