Pros

Employees Wellness Fridays introduced during Covid days.

Cons

You think, you are performing well but be ready, you can be laid off any time. Top management mentally lives on some other planet. Some very talented and highly experienced, lead level people may be made to work under leadership of juniors not competent enough.

remote working, some good people still employed

Cons

no true leadership , poor middle management , no transparency, no bonus, lay offs, no career progression, postgres is not at the core of the company strategy, it's all about the investors and the executive leaders. Not a healthy supportive place to work for .

Pros

would like to express my appreciation for the current work culture and the various support systems we have in place. However, I believe there are some areas where we could further enhance our environment and employee experience: Wellness Fridays: Introducing regular Wellness Fridays could provide a much-needed opportunity for relaxation and stress relief, benefiting our overall well-being. Opportunities for Engagement: Offering more opportunities for team engagement and personal growth would foster a more dynamic and fulfilling work experience. HR Support: Ensuring timely and accessible HR support is essential for addressing employee concerns and enhancing satisfaction. IT Support: Maintaining quick and efficient IT solutions helps us stay productive and minimizes disruptions in our workflow.

Cons

I wanted to bring to your attention that we currently do not have activities or celebrations, such as Fun Fridays or sports events, organized within our company. Incorporating these kinds of events could greatly contribute to stress relief and overall employee well-being. It would be wonderful to have opportunities for team bonding and relaxation through such activities.
