      - EMEA region is not organized at all. - Managers creating preferential behavior and unfair and demoralizing work environment, where some individuals receive preferential treatment while others are ignored or mistreated. - The lack of an HR department has left employees feeling helpless and voiceless when it comes to addressing their rights and concerns. - if you speak for your rights you will be in trouble. - Unfair Managerial Practices. - toxic work environment fosters a culture of frustration.

      Excellent and growing market, great service and SW offerings.

      Cons

      Since beginning of 22 company lost big parts of its great culture. Currently toxic and micro management environment and getting worse. If someone likes this type of culture then EDB is the right choice.
