      - well-paying job for a gov role - very unlike a typical gov role, very enterprise-centric and fast-paced - amazing training environment and very developmental

      Cons

      - long hours - progression depends on whether you get assigned good accounts

      Pros

      Excellent and growing market, great service and SW offerings.

      Cons

      Since beginning of 22 company lost big parts of its great culture. Currently toxic and micro management environment and getting worse. If someone likes this type of culture then EDB is the right choice.
