Pros

EDSI has given me the opportunity to grow not only as a worker, but also as an individual. EDSI has given me the options of going to other locations and lean about other programs, which has helped me to advance to become a manager. Overall EDSI is a great company to work for and they offer its workers the ability to advance throughout the company as much as you would wish to do so.

EDSI has been a fantastic company to work for! The culture is great and management genuinely cares about their staff. Professionally, I have experienced more growth with this company than any other. It has been a joy to come to work every day.

Cons

Additional pay incentives for high performing staff would be appreciated.

The EDSI Mission Statement is exactly the value and type of work environment and culture the company upholds. Great team atmosphere of energetic, enthusiasm, support to reach company goals. The company is always trying to improve and do things better. The company cares about it's employees and listens. The CEO has an open door policy to all employees. Our flex schedule provides an opportunity to prevent burn out and is a huge value to it's employees.

Health insurance could be improved.
