12hIt’s helpful to hear your perspective working on the sales team in Montreal. Based on past feedback, we’ve introduced a transparent career ladder — giving sales staff at EF Language Abroad the opportunity to increase their salary every six months based on performance. We’re also focused on maintaining an entrepreneurial environment where people feel trusted and empowered rather than micromanaged, and this is something we continue to work on.
