Pros

As long as MFA and EFC are in bed with each other (aka MFA are board members), there will be work. They're always desperate to hire too.

Cons

This place is equivalent to a 1 star hotel. The inside is drab and musky smelling with dead bugs everywhere (look up in the lights if you're getting a tour.) The product we sell looks like an undead early 90s app. The MS Paint graphics will be the only thing keeping you laughing. Developers will be miserable trying to change or make anything in those apps. You wouldn't stay at a 1 star hotel so why stay at a 1 star job.

Pros

Overall good people to work with, consistently busy for work, attempting to move the tech stack forward, good pay for someone starting out.

Cons

Management has their pet employees and projects, even though agile emergencies still interrupt the sprints, PM can do no wrong it typically ends up being developers fault for bad requirements, good place to start a career but not a place to stay

Pros

They allow you to work 9 hour shifts and have every other Friday off. Start out with 5 hours of PTO per pay period and it increases to 6 after only 2 years. They are very geared towards training developers right out of school and do an excellent job. Very aggressive raises and they practically guarantee you'll get some sort of raise every year. It's been hinted 4% minimum raise. Lastly, the company is growing very quickly so there is plenty of room to move up or create new positions.

Cons

You must use any PTO for any time off regardless of any extra time you may have worked that week. Very strict on schedule. Can be very hectic at times. They take agile to another level. Have worked a week with 2 releases/day.
