Great place to work if you are up for the challenge and have initiative. Those with initiative are the ones that get assigned cooler projects and make more. I see all the reviews about good coffee, but I rarely drink coffee and find medical, 401k and PTO policy to be above average. Also, the CEO on many occasions is extremely generous and rewards those that contribute.
