Unfortunately this Company Ended Up A Dissapointment
Pros
The pay and benefits were actually above average for the industry. The most I will miss about leaving the company is the benefits.
Cons
> Company acts larger than it actually is. >The company culture could be better, and more inclusive. >Do not try to critique or try to explain mistakes to co-workers or managers because you will not be a popular person and your tenure at the company will be a short one. >The three to four 'integration' reviews is a bit excessive. One review at 90 days should be sufficient. >Be prepared to travel all over the US for them via air flight, otherwise they will probably not find you an asset to their company. >Honestly, I am 100 percent dissappointed with them and I really wanted to make it work, being terminated unexpectedly put me in a bind and I almost became homeless. Were they to try to hire me for another position down the road I would politely decline.
