Worst team leaders,
No management about work and anything
Your salary will be delay and increment also may be more then 3 months
You can compare your knowledge and your team leaders knowledge (the team leaders is for just a name, he don't work with employee, He just listen from the boss what is says about the work and then leaves up to the employees,
The team leaders will not stand for you, they will stand against you,
No insentives, no bonus, no PF deduction, no leaves benefits,
Only you receive the salary which is late by 15 days minimum (Every time they have excuse)
No yearly celebrations, no Diwali or new year bonus, no picnic and anything where team or company connects internally accept work,
There is no management about your work, your work will change and also you will have to come Saturday even when you performed well on week days, just because of worst management.
They only wants profit from you, they don't give you anything accept salary (which is always late), if you wil ask them about why you gives salary late then they are like (some company salary will delay for one or two months)
I mean what? thats why people do jobs?
Pirated windows OS and slow systems (they want more work from their P4 systems)
Many things I observed and I already worn them about it, but they dont even understand.
There is no guide of rules, they pick any rules which is good for their company.
Company is not registered (owner wants to save tax, may be)
They really don't appreciate your hardwork.
This is just a small part, go there and feel with yourself this is not an company itself.
