      Pros

      Very good environment to work in. Upper management knew how to run a manufacturing plant so it made it easy to supervise there. Very little turn over so everyone knew their jobs and the safe way to do their job

      Cons

      It seems like upper management looks for reasons to write people up instead of counseling them first and let them know what they are doing wrong.

      Family owned company. Enjoyable and challenging place to work. Good compensation and benefits.

      Cons

      There is quite a bit of overtime required during shutdown timeframes. It makes it challenging to have quality family time during holidays.
