      Pros

      Ellison lost there way during the last few years of the Mori relationship. The return to multiline distribution makes the company stronger and more focused than ever. Doosan is a terrific partner and the additional lines ET now represents increases our value to customers, suppliers and employees alike. This has historically been the best organization in Machine Tools and it is getting better with a return to our roots.

      Cons

      Expectations are high because we have a culture of winning. If you hold yourself to a higher standard and want to be rewarded for it, this is the place for you.

      Pros

      Money was ok. Nice vehicles to drive.

      Cons

      Always gone. You live in a hotel 4 nights a week. Small branches have preferential treatment of employees. Really a thankless job. Management acted like they cared until you needed the to care.

      We are sorry to hear this person's experience. Although I'm sure this was their experience, each local offices makes an effort to make it so its not the norm. With 16 offices across the country, and local support in each, the goal is to have team members focus on local needs with the aim of improving customer coverage as well as employees' work life balance.

      If you want to succeed, you absolutely need to completely know machine tools inside and out.
