      Pros

      Great work environment! People are great, willing to cooperate and work as a team. Plenty of room for professional growth and they offer competitive pay. Love that they encourage work/life balance and is supported by upper level management. Great on-boarding and wellness programs.

      Cons

      More offsite training opportunities. No financial support for those who want to continue their education or take certification courses.

      Pros

      Corporate management was great and training was good. Good benefits and car allowance. Competitive salary.

      Cons

      Local branch manager was not a good manager. Micro manager and arrogant. Did not have a team mentality, always out to make himself look good at the expense of his employees. Ended up quitting due to not being able to trust the manager.
