-Company advertises work-from-home 1 day/week option, but you must be exempt and *exceed* your expectations for 3 consecutive annual reviews to be considered eligible- which does not guarantee that your individual department will allow you to do so
-Comp time is not offered for exempt employees
-PTO takes a long time to build
-Executive VP for Corp. Development doesn't even pretend to care about employees
