The company is pretty flexible

Cons

Management is not very supportive at times. Pay is not great, very hard to get a decent raise. Work you to death most of the time.

It's a paycheck but not much more. Some schedule flexibility.

Cons

No employee growth. Terrible health insurance options. Terrible retirement plan. Summer is busy and they expect analysts to be on-call 24/7. Senior management communicates in an extremely unprofessional manner to all employees.

No structure, the owner is more worried about raising chickens then running a business, people get away with anything, manager can never be found
