EMSL is a great place to learn and gain experience. There are always opportunities to move into different roles or departments.

Cons

Compensation is average and very stingy about annual increases and very little 401K employer contribution- only a small percentage of what you contribute.

Poor work environment, spineless supervisors who tolerate bad employees, low pay, and a CEO that proved to be 100% incompetent during the pandemic and did absolutely nothing.
